How to Evaluate, Accept, Reject, or Negotiate a Job Offer

An article recently published by the Harvard Business Review explains the importance of preparation when negotiating your salary.

First, shift your mindset as you prepare for negotiating be sure to maintain your enthusiasm. Second, be methodical by keeping in mind the non-salary perks like cultural fit, vacation and job content. Next, develop your strategy for negotiating and remain flexible in the process. Finally, if it’s not the right fit, you can always politely say no.
