AWS CloudPath Senior Program Manager (Non-Technical) (CP): The Amazon Web Services CloudPath Program offers a structured framework of learning activities and assignments to develop recent MBA graduates into the future leaders (managers and individual contributors) of AWS. This 24-month program will focus on learning and development and ramp candidates faster into AWS and Amazon. Candidates will be expected to drive efforts with significant impact in areas including finance, supply chain management, demand planning and logistics. Roles will challenge your creativity and innovative thinking, test your experience, and allow you to demonstrate your capabilities while delivering on specific goals established for you. Candidates will take part in networking sessions with senior leaders, have visibility into multiple areas, and a clear view of where opportunity is and how to get it. The program fosters development through a cohort experience (learning together in formal settings, and learning from one another, mentors, and social activities). Full-time roles are available in Seattle, WA.

Basic Qualifications (unless otherwise noted):
-Currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application
– 3+ years of full-time industry work experience, which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master’s program, OR 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA or master’s program

Preferred Qualifications:
-You possess permanent authorization to work in the U.S., are on an H-1B with at least two years of work authorization remaining, or are eligible for work authorization of at least two years on a visa other than an H-1B.
