We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Product Manager – MarTech to lead the development and optimization of our marketing-related products and solutions. As the Product Manager for Marketing, you will work at the intersection of marketing and product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and enhance products that empower our marketing efforts and align with overall business goals. You will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the marketing tools and platforms deliver value and meet user needs.
Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy for marketing tools and platforms that align with the company’s marketing goals, customer needs, and overall business objectives.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in marketing technology (MarTech).
- Product Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and business growth initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to create and deliver innovative marketing products and features.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and prioritize product features that will enhance marketing capabilities.
- User Experience: Develop user-centric solutions by collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and effective marketing platforms or tools.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-informed decisions on product improvements and optimizations.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing communication plans.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including gathering requirements, defining user stories, working with development teams, and overseeing post-launch performance.
- Marketing Technology (MarTech): Manage the integration and optimization of MarTech platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and customer engagement tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction, making iterative improvements to maximize value and meet evolving marketing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on marketing products, tools, or MarTech platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, marketing technology (MarTech), and the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a marketing-driven environment.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar marketing and CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast
- paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with growth marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies.
