Job Title: Merchandising Intern
Join us as a Merchandising Intern on our NA ISG CoC Merchandising team in Round Rock, TX to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
As the Merchandising intern, you will be responsible for planning and executing 4P merchandising activities for the North America market for all Routes to Market. You will work closely with the extended Product Line managers, Pricing managers, Supply Chain, Operations, Online, Marketing, and Sales to execute Merchandising activities that are aligned to the ISG priorities of increasing market share and profitable growth.
You will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (LOB CoC teams, regional Marketing, Online, Finance, Supply chain, Direct and Distribution / Channel sales teams) to plan and execute merchandising strategy
- Own and submit all execution forms in order to bring products and promotions to market
- Execute Campaigns/Pricing/Launches
- Provides valuable insights on performance and merchandising opportunities to improve performance and CSAT
