In your role as an Enterprise Test Integration Office Lead, you will support the entire contractor staff on the Redstone Test Center-Wide Engineering Support Services (RWESS) contract for the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC) serving as a senior leader.
What you’ll do all day:
Leveraging a strategic partnership with the RTC Test Program Integration Office (TPID), Joint Test Management Office (JTMO), Test Directorate leaders, and the Command Support offices; this office ensures standardization, test management integration, and participates in the oversight of the RTC project management processes.
Leads a team of supervisors and project management professionals as the primary decision authority, customer interface, training organizer, contract guidance lead, and provides overall direction for the enterprise office.
Hiring manager attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performance team members in accordance with government requirements.
Establishes, maintains, and nourishes communications across the RTC with teammates, leaders, customers, support contractors, and ERC Headquarters
Monitor the execution and utilization of RTC business systems to ensure ADSS, CET, PMM, and CIMS resources are allocated and updated per the appropriate process.
Represent the RWESS Leadership team with RTC customer and ERC Headquarters on applicable projects and responsibilities.
Work in conjunction with RWESS OPM and Enterprise Team to meet the mission requirements of RTC.

Minimum requirements for this position:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited* college/university and 9 years of experience in program finance or project management, including experience developing plans, budgets and schedules to meet project requirements.
Strong leadership skills and experience with a diverse team.
Experience in the development and implementation of processes and policy.
Leadership experience indicative of successful performance in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated capability to communicate technical and/or administrative information both orally and in written form.
Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.
Desired skills and experience for this position:
Master’s degree in a technical, science, or business discipline.
Experience within Redstone Test Center’s project management functions.
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Active Secret Government security clearance.
