Supervisory Responsibilities:

Pay Range:
· $21.00 – $25.00/hour
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Supports the Principal by gathering/organizing all information (in Airtable + SF) related to the cases on their docket.
· Investigate and gather the facts of a case.
· Organize and maintain documents and case files in electronic filing systems.
· Gather evidence and other legal documents for review and case preparation.
· Get affidavits and other formal statements.
· Communicate with clients, witnesses, lawyers, adjusters, etc.
· Prepare legal documents and formal professional correspondence.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent phone and communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to take direction, work independently, and multi-task.
· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Confident and dependable with a positive attitude.
· Successfully complete 6-weeks Case Management Training program.
Education and Experience:
· Associate’s degree or equivalent, required.
· Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
· MBA’s are encouraged to apply. Rapid promotion available through Case Management program.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
