Job Title: Business Analyst – Employee Engagement
Contract Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to support and enhance our employee engagement strategies across all departments. This role is ideal for individuals early in their careers who are passionate about creating positive workplace experiences. The ideal candidate will leverage technology, data analysis, and business acumen to understand and improve employee engagement, performance, and readiness for cultural evolution to support future growth and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Monitor and assess employee engagement trends, performance metrics, and feedback data using engagement platforms, analytics tools, and survey technologies.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and enhancement of engagement-related technologies (e.g., employee experience platforms, pulse surveys, performance management tools, collaboration systems).
- Identify cultural gaps and work with leaders to recommend change initiatives that support a more connected, high-performing workforce.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements or automation to drive engagement and performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process workflows, and training guides.
- Support change management and communication strategies for new tools, engagement initiatives, and cultural programs.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders on newly implemented engagement systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a business analysis, HR technology, or employee engagement role.
- Familiarity with employee engagement tools (e.g., Culture Amp, Qualtrics, Glint, Peakon) and performance management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with cross-functional teams.
- A strong interest in organizational culture, change management, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) or other enterprise software.
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).
- Basic project management skills and familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
