Responsibilities:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the assigned region while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Providing regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
- HVAC product sales experience required; HVAC Application Programming experience preferred.
